Changing to a healthier life to avoid panic attacks

When I started having familiar panic attacks at work I knew I needed to change things up, but i couldn’t expect to live a long, healthy life undergoing that much stress.

I quit my job plus chose a more fantastic profession.

I don’t make as much money however I am much happier. I get to work online plus set my own sevenths. I can do the work in my PJs or on vacation. It really has made me much calmer, but another add on to my life is that I rely on cannabis products now. I used to be someone that would go to the nurse for a prescription plus pop pills they gave, but they regularly had terrible side effects plus made me worry about addiction, and relying on cannabis products is much healthier for my mind, body plus soul. I have 2 different strains; One is a sativa that I use during work mode. It keeps me cheerful, energized plus motivated. The strain tastes savor reds plus is undoubtedly refreshing. I then finish my work afternoon, work out, eat healthy plus study until bedtime. Then I smoke an indica that has a more peppermint-like flavor. It winds me down plus helps me sleep better at night; Cannabis entirely has been connected to helping those with sleep concerns. I am living a much better life now that I have made the necessary changes.
