My coworker uses too much cannabis before reporting for work

Recently he’s been smoking weed in his car in addition to showing up for toil with red eyes in addition to slurred speech.

Working for a landscaping contractor is not easy work. All of us here are a team in addition to both of us require the effort of every coworker to get our jobs done in addition to finished on time every single morning, otherwise both of us lose money from late payments. A patron isn’t going to pay us early if both of us take an extra morning to get all of the contracted toil completed. This is in the hottest weather imaginable when it’s the middle of June or October, praying it’s not also a morning of intense thunderstorms in addition to rain showers. The inclement weather stops us dead in our tracks with our shoppers. If it’s pouring to the point where both of us can’t use our gas or electric equipment, or there’s so much lightning that both of us could get struck in addition to killed, you can’t do anything about it. This isn’t toil that’s suitable for pretty much everyone, especially those who are faint at heart with manual labor in addition to intense outdoor heat. I have a coworker who legitimately won’t last until the end of the year, in addition to that’s being liberal with our estimate. He drinks occasionally before coming in for his shift, leaving him sloppy in addition to unbalanced on a ladder of all things. Recently he’s been smoking weed in his car in addition to showing up for toil with red eyes in addition to slurred speech. I’m sure there are some jobs out there that can be suitably done while consuming cannabis, but landscaping toil is not among those examples. He’s a detriment to the entire team when he shows up for toil so high that he can’t do basic jobs that both of us all must do to pull our expected weight here. It’s a group effort in addition to the chain is only as strong as its weakest affix.
