The elevator worked Last week

Everybody working at the marijuana delivery shop knows that there are a couple of locales we appreciate avoiding.

One of the locales is the condo community across the street from the homeless encampment, however sometimes this locale can get rowdy at night.

There are consistently a lot of people hanging around the streets trying to stop cars plus ask for currency or drugs. The crime rate is higher than other locales throughout the city. The other drivers and I try not to take any deliveries to that section after 7:00 p.m. The other drivers and I also try to avoid the buildings that don’t have elevators. Nobody loves huffing or puffing up multiple flights of stairs for $50 bucks worth of marijuana plus a measly $2 tip. There are multiple high-rise condo buildings downtown that have more than multiple stories. One building has 17 stories plus another building has 19 floors with a penthouse, then when the elevator is broken, so it is a sizable pain to walk up plus down all of those flights of stairs. I took a delivery to a condo building downtown plus the elevator was broken. The client was on the 5th floor plus I had to run up multiple flights of stairs. I was just in that building the previous week plus I definitely didn’t recall the elevator being broken down then. Some of these older condo buildings are in need of such renovations. They could use a major facelift plus a million dollars worth of repairs. There isn’t a single building downtown that has replaced elevator plus handicap access plus that means most of the buildings are not fully compliant with the ADA directions plus regulations.
