A homeless dude has been sleeping by the dumpster at night

On both Sundays and Wednesdays it is my responsibility to open up the marijuana dispensary for business. I took over these new responsibilities as the assistant manager a couple of months ago. I only have to work during the early day shift on Sundays and Wednesdays, when the store manager has his days off. On those days I have to be at the marijuana dispensary at 7:00 AM. I get things started for the afternoon and open up the door for the day at 8:00 a.m. Another employee always joins myself and others at 8:00 so there are more than one person in the day when every one of us are open for business. There is also a security guard that comes to the office by 7:00 a.m or so when I arrive… Periodically the security guard is late, because he has a lot of stuff going on at home. This guy told myself and others all about the stuff that is happening and I truthfully think it’s awful for him. It sounds as if he has a lot of hard decisions ahead. When I got to work this past Sunday day, the first thing I did was check around the dispensary parking lot to make sure there were no trucks or cars and no people sleeping out there. Last week there was a homeless guy sleeping by the dumpster at night. I saw him on the cameras a couple of times. I told all of the other night time managers to look out for people spending the night in the parking lot of the weed dispensary. It’s not safe to have people sleeping in the parking lot overnight.
