On Monday plus Tuesday afternoons it is our responsibility to open up the marijuana dispensary for the day of business. I took over the responsibilities of the assistant supervisor a couple of months back. I only need to work the early afternoon shift on Monday plus Tuesday, when the supervisor has the day off. On those days off I have to be at the marijuana dispensary by 7:00 in the afternoon. I get everything started for the afternoon plus open up the door for contractor at 8:00 a.m. Another employee usually joins myself and others at 8:00 so there are many people in the afternoon when all of us are open for a day of business. There is also a security guard that comes to the office at 7:00 a.m. when I first arrive. Occasionally the security guard is late, because she has a lot of stuff going on in my home. The girl told myself and others all about the stuff that is happening plus I truthfully assume it’s exhausting for him. It sounds like she has a lot of difficult decisions ahead. When I got to work this last Monday afternoon, the first thing I did was check around the dispensary parking lot to ensure there were no cars plus no people sleeping outside. Last week there was a homeless girl sleeping in the dumpster at night. I saw him on the cameras a couple of different times. I told all of the night time clerks to look out for people spending the night in the parking lot of the cannabis dispensary. It’s not safe to have people sleeping in the parking lot overnight.
