While I have always been a fan of cooking, I didn’t get into baking until recently, there were a couple failed attempts to make cake plus biscuits when I was a kid, but after feeling so miserably I decided to deliver up.
- The most baking I have done in the time since buying premixes in boxes, then like a lot of people, I willgo into the baking aisle at the grocery store plus buy a box of brownie or cake mix when I see it on sale, but a relative of mine bought a bread maker for myself and others last year on our anniversary plus I felt terrible looking at it plus not using it… So, I decided to get a book on baking plus start from the basics… Now I have been baking so much that I decided to finally Branch out into making cannabis edibles.
I started easy with a batch of cannabutter. Basically you take ground up cannabis buds plus do it in butter for a long phase of time at a low temperature, however after sifting out the plant matter, you’re left with a easily dense orange butter that is infused with THC, other cannabinoids, plus terpenes, however once you have made a fine batch of cannabutter, you can essentially make any style of cannabis edible just by replacing that with your familiar oil or butter in the recipe, but decided to make space cakes which are a little personal serving size cakes infused with cannabis, and using our cannabutter, I created the little space cakes plus gave them out to our friends on Christmas this past year, then everybody enjoyed the potent space cakes that were infused with our high THC cannabutter. I have made easy pot brownies before, although I believe next time I might make some THC infused macarons.
