My stepmom Jen does not understand why I smoke so much cannabis, however it really helps me out a great deal.
There are many ways that cannabis helps my mind and body; First of all, cannabis helps me sleep.
When I get better sleep, all of my physical, emotional, and mental strength can be focused. When I have better rest, I toil better and feel better. Cannabis helps me get a full 8 hours of rest at night and I never wake up feeling like I have not slept at all. Cannabis also helps a great deal with PTSD symptoms. I suffer from concerns with PTSD, and have ever since I was 18 years old… One of my friends committed suicide when my friend and I were in the same dorm room together, since then my friend and I have not been able to get the thought of my dead friend out of my mind. I had three years of therapy and the only thing that seems to help me is smoking cannabis. Cannabis makes me feel a little bit less distraught and there are mornings when I cannot even forget about all of the ghastly things that I saw five years ago. My stepmom thinks that cannabis is a drug and he does not understand that it has any good medical benefits. Jen is from the seasoned way of thinking. Jen still believes that marijuana is a drug and a gateway to other drugs like heroin use and crack cocaine. I wish my stepmom would take the time to learn more about all of the several benefits that marijuana can offer. I know Jen would benefit from smoking a bowl every once in a while.
